Business Development Manager / Sr. Business development manager

Job Level: Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships on a day-to-day basis

  • Advise on all aspects of the digital campaigns and their deployment to achieve clients business objective

  • Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business

  • Contribute to the definition of marketing strategic & business strategic recommendations

  • Manage a high-spirited talents team of Business Development;

    • Define and monitor the targets and productivity of the team

    • Coach and lead your team

    • Plan, drive and conduct team meet-ups

    • Organizing workflow and ensuring the Business Development team understand their duties or delegated tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Agency (Media or Creative) and/or Online Media Publishers as Sales/Marketing at least 6 years

  • Excellent of digital product knowledge (Google AdWords, Social Media Ads, SEO, etc)

  • Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management

  • Confidence approach, persuasive manner, strong problem solving, logical reasoning, and decision-making ability

  • Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with English language

  • Effective team management capabilities and strong leadership skills

  • Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team

  • Have a strong passion for startup



Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager

Job Level: Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the General Manager to define the plan strategy, recommendations and lead negotiations

  • Design the brief, deliver presentations, disclose campaign details to client and all team members

  • Manage, review progress/monitoring, deliver the clients advertising campaigns and quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

  • Conduct meetings with clients and keep in contact with them at all stages of the campaign

  • Establish, maintain and nurture good relationships with clients

  • Manage a high-spirited talents team of account services;

    • Oversee subordinate tasks

    • Monitor work performance

    • Give inputs with regard to work methodologies improvements and organizing workflow

Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing (Media or Creative) as Account Management at least 6 years

  • Excellent of digital product knowledge (Google AdWords, Social Media Ads, SEO, etc)

  • Uses analysis and critical thinking to present alternatives that satisfy client needs

  • Establishes strong client relationships, enabling formal & informal discussions

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills

  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
