Senior Business Development Executive

Job Level: Senior

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for finding a new partnership with clients from the various sector in order to achieve the target of the company

  • Make a plan, strategy and implement activities for pushing Business Development’s activities in order to get target: consulting, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, contracting, and monitoring advertising campaign of a medium to large clients

  • Media monitoring & screening

  • Work closely with Ads Operation team, Creative team, and Marketing Communication team

Requirements

  • Experience in Digital Agency (Media or Creative) and or Online Media Publisher as client facing role, Sales, Account Services, or related position at least 3 years working experience

  • Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services

  • Communication skill, time management, excellent presentation and negotiation skill

  • Able to work under pressure and with the target

  • Passionate about meeting new people and turn a connection into a business partnership

  • Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with English language

  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities


Business Development Group Head

Job Level: Group Head / Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage the day to day Business Developments operation

  • Make a plan, strategy and implement activities for pushing Business Development’s activities in order to get target: consulting, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, contracting, and monitoring advertising campaign of a medium to large clients

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients

  • Responsible to coach, monitor and motivate every member on Business Developments department

  • Organizing workflow and ensuring the Business Development team understand their duties or delegated tasks

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines for Business Development team based on company target

Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Agency (Media or Creative) and/or Online Media Publishers as Sales/Marketing at least 5 years

  • Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services

  • Communication skill, effective time management capabilities, excellent presentation and negotiation skill

  • Able to work under pressure and with the target

  • Have experience in handling a team and proven strong leadership skill

  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level

  • Confidence and a persuasive manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with English language

  • Good responsibilities, strong problem solving and decision-making ability


Account Group Head

Job Level: Group Head / Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage overall Account team performances as it relates to client service and quality control

  • Responsible to coach, monitor and motivate every Account Services team

  • Collaborate with internal team to communicate strategy, review concepts and develop client presentations

  • Maintain campaign performance for all services that the company provide to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Agency (Media or Creative), and/or Online Media Publishers as Account/Client Service at least 5 years

  • Excellent public speaking skills and is able to clearly explain and summarize information

  • Responsible in handling a team and proven good leadership skill

  • Have a bright and articulate individual who can demonstrate solid organizational skills and manage a diverse group of people

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the English language
