Human Resource Executive

Job Description :

  • Support HR process (recruitment, resignation, employee rotation & transfer, HR administrative, etc) within related department/division

  • Build intense relationship within internal department / division

  • Recruit & identify potential talent in related department / division

  • Facilitate all division in order to provide the best solution for them

  • Take part as performance improvement  and provoke every employee good-way changes within related function

  • Identify internal talent pool dan enhance its talent development through Talent Management Program (succession planning, individual career plan, etc) by handling Organization Performance Review

Account Services

Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance; research and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new product based on current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications

  • Establishing personal networks with clients

Requirements:

Graphic Designer

Make great designs based on brief.

Job Description :

  • Translate ideas into tangible, high quality visual

  • Create assets, banners and graphics for digital marketing purpose

  • Thinking creatively, and developing new design concept, graphic, and layout

Requirements :

  • Bachelor in Graphic Design

  • Creative Minded and able to generate awesome ideas

  • Up to date with latest design style

  • Can adapt to current designs and can improve them

Strategic Planner

Job Description :

  • Development of brand strategies, writing creative briefs, guiding development and presentation of the creative work

  • Design and implementation of research projects to address client business issues, gain insight into target audiences and testing ad concepts

  • Familiarity with most forms of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and working knowledge of when and how to apply them to a given client challenge

  • Ability to work directly with clients and develop relationships accordingly on behalf of the agency

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa (Verbal & Writing)
